The Human Appetite Laboratory (HAL), a dedicated facility located within the Covance Clinical Research Unit at Leeds, can facilitate rapid progression of your obesity compound from First-in-Human (FIH) to Proof-of-Concept (POC).
Senior scientists and physicians will work closely with you to design the optimal program for your compound. Using interim data analysis and scientific and medical interpretation, the POC study design will be continually refined as the FIH study progresses, enabling a smooth and rapid move into the target obese population and dropping weeks off your development timeline.
